For most contracts there is a " cooling off period " should you wish to withdraw. If that's the case here knowing the disparity between the deals the SPFL should renegotiate or find a higher bidder.

The disparity between the contracts is extremely questionable imo and has been so historically. It makes you wonder. I don't know if incompetence covers it.

With those in Scottish Football administration having previous form for, shall we say, corrupt practices and lack of transparency, who knows who may have received what for services rendered to their own best interests. All hypothetical of course.

Stevie, not only is that a great point to consider, but if the SPFL are looking to hit new territories, then they should be hawking it out to netflix, amazon, hulu, google tv, youtube etc.

The streaming services are desparate for a slice of sports broadcasting and theoritically, Celtic could make more dough from one 'streamed' game against the huns than they could in an entire season from SKY.

The only downside is that it gives them a bit more capital too but that doesn't bother me because they'd just waste it on pish anyway.

Half empty stadiums on the screen ,plastic pitches ,pathetic attempts to lower the standard of the game by not cutting grass not inflating balls properly etc , completey incompetent/corrupt referees, sectarian bile from the stands being passed off as "passion" of the fans .........

The list goes on .........The only reason I would watch scottish football is because celtic have to play most of their games in it

Just maybe....if we got rid of the corruption that permeates its way through all of Scottish Football all the things you have listed would become obsolete and the product would improve significantly.

It's driven from the top....and cheating and corruption is rife in the corridors of the SFA and SPFL.....and as a consequence Scottish Football.
