Used to drink a lot of coffee...kept wakening up 3am or 4am...tried one or 2 coffee's only... And then went on tea or decaf...went back to gettin 6 or 7 hours... And went from a super grumpy bastard to being a normal grumpy bastard....too much caffeine is bad, bad very bad...take care out there...Red bull etc and Buckie is absolutely full of it.Drink Water..atb

Frank, as long-suffering men, we have fully earned the right to be grumpy bastards.

It's one of the best things about getting older, it's kinda expected of you!

Don't even get me started about modern day footballers, see back in the day when men were men............
