Recently with Moussa and Boyata, an awful lot of things are being said on Social Media by players or agents, which causes no end of unhealthy speculation.

From these tweets or posts, comes fake news and sometimes this can have an affect on relationships between fans and the player, the management and board.

Surely, it is better if all negotiations are concluded behind closed doors, even if it takes days/weeks to sort out.

Thoughts on this?

Completely agree but in this day and age I think it's impossible for speculation not to filter on to the various social platforms.

I don't agree with all that's been written about the players and club this season but I do agree that the fans voice should be heard. There's some quite clear frustrations coming from the faithful and the board do not need to bow to the support but at the very least they need to communicate with us!
