Ref watch...feel free to add. As I mentioned, 1st 5 minutes duffy had his sleeve pulled in box during corner. Lineman had clear line of site. The wee growling uber hun looling Davidson took mcgregor out the game as he burst through midfield, no booking, this was after turnbull and ntcham were both booked. Davidson then commits a studs up tackle which if the celtic players foot was on the ground would have hit on top of the shin he got booked for that 1, could have been red. Ref constantly gave st johnstone fouls as soon as they hit the deck while ignoring celtic players being barged in the back around the box. Frimpong was fouled at edge of Park. Stayed on his feet. Ref never put his hands up to wave play on. Frimpong then brought down right outside box in better shooting position. Ref pulls free kick back to edge of park. This has nothing to do with our performance ofcourse but the ref was shocking today. Hope lenny is making an honest mistake dvd this season....

Delighted for Griff today,what a comeback from a guy who has been through so much.
Not only helps Griff but his goal has taken us a massive step closer to 10 IAR,and lets not forget about Polish Paddy,long time since I saw somebody pole axed like he was and get up so fast,he must have wanted that goal badly..and what a great goal it was..

He didn't do us any favours today but you could see the way it was going between the shirt pull and Ntcham being booked he also blew for a foul when Duffy climbed to win a header in their box.sky going over the Turnbull tackle but fail to mention the one on Klimala and numerous free kicks as soon as one of the players hits the deck
 
Mon the Griff!

That game had draw written all over it until Griff's introduction, he looked hungry and like he had a point to prove and by fuck he proved it. His energy and movement changed the whole complexion of our play and he found the space to play in where others couldn't, took his goal well. Great to see him back, what a difference he made!

Brilliant goal from Polish Paddy as well, once again another one who showed his hunger by quickly getting back on his feet and smashing it into the net after being cleaned out by that hammer throwing c*nt! Cracking goal.

Special wee mention for Broony. For somebody who's supposed to be passed it he didnae half add some energy and direction to a midfield that had been huffing and puffing and getting nowhere for 80+ minutes! Everybody and their granny keeps talking about whit Broony cannae dae these days and whit he lacks, that's fair enough (up to a point) BUT people don't seem to weigh that up against what he brings to the team and it's only when he's absent from it do people get a reminder of what that is!

Another turgid and instantly forgettable performance from most of the rest so thank fuck for the hunger all 3 of the above showed because it was them who made the difference today.

Saw the last 5 minutes ( playing golf) two well taken goals.
Good to see Griff back and I really think our polish bhoy will be the real deal. I thought the tackle had killed him and then he is back on his feet and ripping it into the net.
From what I read not our best work but on we go to the 17th!!!
