STEWART & FARAGE WHAT THE F.....!!

Everyone’s situation is different and have own reasons why they want to vote for particular party (I can’t vote labour a lot of my friends have lost jobs because of them or they are big part in the reason they all got laid off …actually dozens of friends (friends/work mates)
Wouldn’t vote reform either but I don’t judge anyone because of who they voted for in election
Politics and religion cause so much hatred it’s mental
judge a persons character
They two things right there tommy(politics and religion)are responsible for every war since time began…should be nowhere near football stadiums…football’s supposed to be a release from the grind of everyday life an escape,,I’ve only ever voted twice in my life, once to see what the fuss was about the other time cause ma mates where heading there before we went to snooker!!the modern politicians are youngsters that have just came out of university no life experience whatsoever but picking up whopping salaries?
They have there own agendas and we the punters don’t factor in until may!!!so rod can support celtic good on him that’s his choice,,farage could support celtic a couldn’t give a toss..our high and mighty best support in the world need to reign it in a bit,we aren’t judge and jury over someone else’s views!!!time we got back to football matters.🍀

Did anyone notice Rod making the cut this song gesture to the band, during his duet with Lulu at Glastonbury? She was out-performing him and I think he got a bit miffed.
Oh and the tight git had all the lassies in the band wearing Celtic shirts during his last song,.. from 2 Seasons ago.
Apart from that I don't really mind him, and his politics is his own business.
All his older brothers were Huns and can you imagine if he was doddering around that stage wearing a Sevco shirt.
Nah, I dont think any of us would like that.
Often these types of artists keep songs going on indefinitely when they go wondering about so the singer will give a signal to the band that it is time to wrap up the song. This will have definitely been the case when singing with a guest for the first time ever as they won't have played it live before and won't know exactly how long to keep the song going for. I

I thought Rod's voice was showing signs of weakening (still very good for his age, and much better than Paul McCartney's last month which was unsurprisingly frail sounding). Lulu looked and sounded amazing for her age and I suspect she will be doing the Sunday tea-time legend's slot next year.

I am not too fussed about Rod's music. Whenever he comes up to Aberdeen to watch Celtic he usually stops off in the same wee pub in Woodside and all the locals think he is a fine lad. I hate his political viewpoint, but this is the same with so many genuinely well-off people - the richer they become, the greedier they get.

This is still the best versions of Rod Stewart songs (and Bay City Rollers at the start of the montage).

I don't know if he votes Tory or not.
He wouldn't be the first or the last Celtic fan to do so.
As long as he keeps supporting 26 + 6 =1 & get the English out of Ireland I'll take that every day.

He has said he gets his Irish symphyses from his Hibs loving dad, so I doubt if his brothers were huns.
I deliberated said get the English out of Ireland and not the Brits, because if you are in the Scottish army you are in the Black Watch a regiment set up by the English to keep a watch on us pesty Scots as the National anthem used to call us.
So if your in the Black Watch you get your orders from England.
Another reason to vote for Scottish independence through SNP.
As the old sketch from the Franky & Josey show pointed out.
A General talking to Bonny Prince Charlie.
The English are coming.
Charlie how do you know they are English,
They have Rangers Tops on.
Ps in my last post I made a comment about marring a protestant, it was meant as a joke & not offensive as my mother, big Jock, King Kenny & many other Celtic greats are ones.

Rod Stewart had two brothers, Don and Bob. Sadly, both Don and Bob have passed away. Bob's death was announced in late 2022, with his funeral taking place in early 2023. Rod mentioned that Bob's coffin was draped with a Glasgow Rangers flag, reflecting Bob's lifelong support for the team, according to a Facebook post from Rod Stewart. Don had passed away before Bob, and Rod referred to them as "irreplaceable buddies".

You have confused me now Bri. Were Rod's brothers sevco fans or St Mirren fans?

I didn't know that but I don't doubt your word.
I don't think you should blame Rod for the mental illness of his brothers. :(

Sevcosis or Sevvieitis are the correct medical terms. They used to be called “stupid fuckin bastards” but that was deemed offensive to non sevvie “stupid fuckin bastards” (Jambos, Mini’s or diets as they are known now). Hope that clears up any confusion.
