Brendan Rodgers has made four changes to the Celtic side that beat Kilmarnock last week for the League Cup tie away to Partick Thistle.
Kelechi Iheanacho comes off the bench to start in attack alongside Yang Hyun-jun, Vil Sinisalo replaces Kasper Schmeichel in goals with Kieran Tierney coming in at left-back.
After beating Falkirk in the last round a win today will give Celtic a semi-final place as they look to retain the trophy that they won at Hampden in December.
Rodgers had the rare luxury of getting a full week of training in at Lennoxtown with non-stop midweek fixtures about to get underway through until January.
Next up for Celtic is a trip to face Red Star Belgrade in the Europa League on Wednesday followed by facing Hibs at home in the SPFL on Saturday.
Thistle are without Josh Clarke and Ben McPherson who are both on loan from Celtic.
