We haven't won three games in a row since last November, that needs to change. 7 wins and we're top of the league, in a cup final and looking strong for EL qualification.

7 in 21 is a big ask for any club so we need everyone to be at their healthiest and best. The question is, do we have enough strength and depth? I think we'll have to pray there aren't any serious injuries throughout this period. Any failures in progress will highlight the amount of players we need in the next transfer window.

This is where Brendan has to rotate the squad and tactically get it right. The players have to step up and show they want it, and the Support has to be united behind the team.

The feeling is we don't have the depth so to win 7 games in a row given that surprising stat you mentioned Gary makes it a tall order.
Brendan has to earn his corn during this period and play to our strengths with different formations and getting the best out of each player.
A critical period and a big challenge which I hope we can meet. Will be happily surprised if we can win all seven.

We have the strength in depth in defence, we have the numbers in midfield, just not the right mix yet, it's up front that we are struggling. No one to play right wing and Iheanacho now our only real option at striker.

Debatable Gaz....one injury to AJ has already shown how much of a miss he has been ...with KT yet to really show up well....but yes we do have cover.

I dont think anybody in those midfield numbers has stepped forward to claim their place as yet.

But your right it will be how we put together that front six if you like that will determine how we manage this current squad....at least until Jan.

We have scored 2 league goals in the first half of our 7 league games, none in any of our 4 European games and our earliest goal in our 13 competitive games is the 26th minute.

I don't know about the different formations because BR attempts to put square shapes into round holes.

He's got to be able to adjust depending on how the game is going and who the opposition are Shammy .....switch to a 3 at the back when we are being man marked in midfield....go to two strikers or play one in behind the striker....there are so many things he can do other than sticking to a rigid 4 3 3 regardless of how the game is going.
The square shapes bit is fair comment but even though the squad is limited there are still plenty of tactical changes he could make that would stop the horse shoe passing game that fails to penetrate the SPFL defences for example and or can't deal with a press in European games.
