If you go to settings on the page where you hit play on Celtic TV you can change the settings from HD quality which it is set on to a lesser quality.

This very well may fix matters as some internet speeds are not fast enough for HD quality. The re-set quality is good enough to watch the game.

That seems to have done the trick for me
