That alone shows the shit show our world class board has us in. Before he (Liewell) could come out and speak to us ( the over paying customers) he runs to the biggest Joke of a guy who calls himself a journalist to cry his eyes out to say it’s not his fault or his boy this time but somebody else’s fault ie Nicholson is a complete embarrassment for a club our size.

I know the board are penny pinching sale c@nts, but at the same time BR’s signing record at past clubs has been spotty at best. F@ck knows man! It’s all load of self sabotaging idiocy.

Mate he nearly won the league with Liverpool if it wasn’t for slippy, he had Leicester in the top 5 or 6 won a cup. His final year they sold off a lot of players and ended up relegated after he got the sack.
His record at celtic needs no mention.
Not every signing will be a success that’s just the way it goes but he took Matt O’Reillys game to another level and Khunes and played more than his part for bringing in over £40m. wasn’t his fault that we ended up paying so much for Engils and Idah. Engils I believe will come good and Idah still got 20 goals last season some real important ones. I agree he has to lift his game even more but his record is very similar to Edourds.
Brendan is a class manager and the arseholes running our club are going to chase him away for a 2nd time I shudder to think who the clowns will replace him with if and when the time comes.
 
Yea, there have been a few duds bought when he has been manager of Swansea, Liverpool, Celtic & Leicester City. But there have also been a lot of outstanding successes too. Including:

BR doesn't need to know the players personally. At the moment, id imagine he is getting shown players that the board will buy. The problem is these will be £1 million players that BR knows will be no better than Tilio, Yang, Kwon or Holm so hes probably saying no. I'd be surprised if the manager knew anything about Nygren. He just another £1 million player on the list, but Rodgers probably saw something in him.
I'd imagine BR saw a decent player in the Go Ahead Eagles guy and ask the board to go get him. What does our board do. Go offer less than £2 million!!!
So thats obviously the budget. We are back to signing between 1 and 2 million pound players. Fucking hell!! The huns are already outspending us. Won't be long till hearts, hibs and Aberdeen start to out spend us. Its not fucking hard at the moment!

People like to rewrite a bit in their own brains. Newrocki was injury prone, unfit and had his arse handed to him by the Aberdeen forward line and several other strong strikers. Iwata had a couple of half decent displays but was completely obscure in some other games. Bernabi couldn't defend.
BR has been handed dross. He wants to take the club forward and he knows he can't do that with 1 million pound signings. The board are doing fuck all to help him. This is 100% on the board. And again, I am not a fan of Idah but he scored 20 goals last season. He won us the Scottish cup. Engels is a young guy but has class, we can all see. Trusty has had some epic displays for us...Atlanata being a stand out and we have just mad a 12 million pound profit on Kuhn...another BR player.. these are players BR wanted and would have been cheaper if it wasnt for the board.

Nawrocki was more than able when fit. Better than others we've held on to.
At the same time we signed Tierney who has a track record of injuries but he's a " Celtic man". Doesn't add up.
 
I think Hugh Keevins blurting out that Lawwell told him, personally, that he has nothing to do with transfers has gone completely under the radar and its fucking infuriating.
Its not an accident that its been done. It completely undermines everyone involved at the club and shows that no one is pulling in the same direction. Lawwell knows how farcical this window is so hes distancing himself from it. Throwing Nicholson under the bus. In the mean time Nicholson is only doing what his mentor has taught him.
It also doesn't bode well for the squad being reinforced as Lawwell is positioning himself to say "its not my fault" when everything goes tits up. Hes a fucking liar and a cancer on the club.

That’s why a go on about the coefficient mate if it’s bad then now buying players until we win play off imagine it having to play 3 qualifiers DD would never spend cash

He never spends cash mate whether we qualify or not ....he's only using some of the cash other clubs give to us for our players and makes sure all other revenue is pure profit.

We currently have two Japanese guys that Brendan doesn't appear to fancy so the chances are that they will go the same way as others. There is clear disconnect between all the parties here so I wouldn't be too quick to jump into one camp or another. Just saying like. HH🍀🍀
