Truth or Dare ??

?????? We are of the same mindset. However 12 mill or so wouldn't go wrong. Marseille or QOS don't really care, he ain't one of us no more.
Just let the guy go and get the best deal, he sees his future elsewhere and there may be more to the Porto story and something has happened thats annoyed him, wait and see but let him go if his head is not in Celtic.

Said as much earlier mate wouldn't lose sleep if he went. Decent bid Defo punt more at the club and more coming through no great loss.

Let’s not be one dimensional You can have a hissy fit or a tantrum or an outburst of frustration without losing your head in Celtic. Don’t rush to judgement. A good man manager would take the lad aside and ask him what he wants and how can he best achieve that. The answer to the second part is always the same. Play your very best. Impress everyone. A petulant manager would take umbrage and punish the player. Now which option is a win win approach? You get more success with honey than with vinegar.

Agree with most of what you say but if (allegedly) what he said is true where do you go from there? Any player that wants to go fine, but don't Rock a boat to do it. And you do get more bee's with honey than vinegar but where do you draw the line?

The truth get Ntcham to Donald Duck,he has shown to be a season wonder and even at that is pushing it.
He's not interested, his ego think's he's a far superior football player and that winning thing's here is below him.
Let him play in the French league winning no trophies or international caps for France.
He's a mercenary he's only interested in dembele dollars.
Thanks Olivier you can Fuck off with your money shove it right up your ass and choke on it you rat money grabbing mother fucker whore.NO CLASS NO AMBITION JUST A WHORE FOR DIDDY DOLLARS YOU FUCKING MERCENARY TWAT.CELTIC DOESN'T NEED SMALL MINDED PEOPLE LIKE YOU FUCK OFF YA COW .
HERE WE GO 9 IN A ROW LENNON'S LIONS ROARING TO ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL SEASON THE CHAMPIONS BUS AGAIN AND SCOTLAND IS GREEN AND WHITE HH

I believe that if he is picked then he will play the best that he can. Some here assume that he will be petulant and not do his best. He is a professional player who will respond best to a manager capable of bringing out the best in him. One size does not fit all. Some players need their arses kicked and some need their egos boosted. He is the latter type and the worst possible management of him would be to tell him to get to fuck. Lennon knows this.

Agree he's a professional player shouldn't need anyone to bring the best out in him that should come from within.one Size doesn't fit all, he shouldn't need a kick up the arse he's getting paid to do a job to the best of his ability and if he leaves anything on that field that's down to him mate.HH

That clearly isn't the case here, Doc. He's unhappy here, has been for quite some time and it shows in his play. You would think he would play as well as he could to impress other clubs -- and maybe he has been playing his best (I would hope he could do better at times, but anyway) -- but if not, that's on him to sort out, not the manager.

I would like to see Ntcham play here, at his best. He's good and has excellent ball handling skills, overall. But if he's just going through the motions just to cash a paycheck, he should go somewhere else and we should get what we can for him. The club deserves better.

Agreed. The problem is that we need a detailed psychological profile on each player. Nowadays we have research findings that can tell us how to get the best out of a player Performance even in a professional can be raised or lowered either internally or externally. As a general principle most players do not respond well to abuse. It makes the abuser feel gratified for a moment but there’s no evidence that it’s the best option. Psychological enhancement of a team of individuals is a grossly underdeveloped aspect of sports science.

Agreed. He lost his mate and shows signs of grief. I do not agree that telling him to harden up would be productive. Fix the grief and bring out the best in him. Don’t write him off just yet. Don’t let him squander his talent.
