Anyone who is on the Virgin Media who recieves a call and the person states they have detected you are having a problem with your router and they have detected the issue, and then inquire as to what colour is your broadband light now showing. If you answer and engage you will be in a scam.
Easy sorted, just listen and wait till they ask you what colour of light is showing on your router and politely ask who are you, when they say Virgin media, tell them you are reporting them for spying on you and monitoring your IP address. The phone will go dead.
Lesson if you are blogging and engaging on the web you do not have a fucking broadband issue and if you did you would be phoning Virgin yourself and giving them dogs abuse (only on football weekends).
