I can only assume the people at the SFA/SPL sympathised with their cause i .e null and void and consequently stopping the 9/10. They could not come out and say this because many clubs needed the league places prize money. The minis and Partick Thistle were doing what the SFA wanted to but could'nt. That's why the fines are so small as to be no punishment at all.
