Ecuadorian Defensive midfielder Jose Cifuentes is quioted as saying:
"My aim is to play in Europe. I don’t know which club I will sign for yet – either Manchester City or Celtic. Nothing has been decided yet.”
Would suggest he is in discussions. Hope he's not scheidt if he signs.

The English premiership has lots of South American players who have performed well. If the player is amazingly good then Man City could easily outbid us. If he would not fit straight into their first team then he would be just a squad player. He would have to be very good to be better than Broony, CalMac Rogic Christie Johnston Ncham, Bitton Henderson. If he is then I would want us to make every effort to sign him and play him. I see he is called a wonderkid. So is anybody under 20 by the the Daily Ranger
