That is crap. We need the other clubs to start doing much better in Europe to get the coefficient up. Plus it would raise the profile of Scottish football and give other clubs more money to invest in their players to improve and make our domestic game stronger.

Shocking result ....we need all teams in Scotland to get to group stages if possible even the Huns (pains me to say it but it's true) don't want to end up having to play 6/8 games to get into group stage football again.....

True BridieBhoy, just yesterday an English work guy said to me, Rangers will never get back to winning anything up there, theres no competition, Celtic win everything every year. Thats a fairly common perception down here.

I get your point, these qualifiers come far too early for us and probably a lot of teams in europe, if that had been a friendly no one would have batted an eyelid, but there so much riding on it when players are barely match fit after their break, its no wonder there are shock results.

1st was a save parried to the in rushing forward ,2nd was a howler ,dived low couldn't hold the ball and it rolled right to the opposition goal scorer
