Niall J's articles are a perfect summation of the facts. They are a new club and the Old Firm died in 2012 when the oldco went into liquidation (I may be wrong, but I believe their finances were in such an appalling state that the liquidation process is still ongoing 10 years later and may still take many more years yet to close out).
