Sure, it was disappointing. I was disappointed. But to see some of the trash in Facebook groups dedicated to Celtic, ahem, "fans" and to see Tweets blasting Lenny for a draw borders on stupid. Actually, it crosses the border into stupid, IMHO.

Honestly can't understand some fans, who gives a toss what results you get in preseason! As lennon stated,
'it was a success, beacause we came out of relatively unscathed with just a niggle to Bayo. And the boys got minutes in their legs'

That's all you read into preseason.

True, CR, and if you look at all the games, the ball movement has been pretty phenomenal and the players look ready, and no one has said this but Sinclair has looked pretty sharp on the ball in the games he's been in. Shocking, I know. Griff has been en fuego. Shved moves well and his shot will come -- it will be a matter of time before he becomes a highlight reel for Celtic.

No one in their right mind can be disappointed with the outlook this season.

Who cares what the score is in a so-called friendly when it's just being used to let Lenny see what their level of fitness is, who needs more rest or how some players are or aren't gelling together.
