They let them pour in from Wuhan knowing the virus started there,a lot of people going south to stay with family would cause it to spread like wild fire,the Chinese now claiming theres been nonew cases in Wuhan,dont know if i believe that.Has anyone any idea ,about Lombardi/Italy ,this is massive it seems to be epi centre for this ,did the virus start there? Theres the 'Self-Employed' and the 'Self-Employed' One of those catogeries of self-employed make sure they never pay themselves more than 12000 a year to stay in the lower tax bracket - they then make up there pay with dividends and also try to keep this under £37500 to stay under the 40% threshhold where they only pay 7.5 % in tax on the dividends...
PS - which is all perfectly legal - but the gov is trying to close these loopholes so that most paya fair level of tax

It's all very well for the government to say that they're going to subsidise wages for those who have lost their jobs and self employed folk who have found themselves without work but just who is going to process this and how long will it take? It takes them 5 weeks to process claims for Universal Credit ffs!!!
correct - you pay corporation tax on the company profit at 20% (19% next year) after all expenses ( which is the big gain - example fuel costs to and from work) - then pay personal tax on the dividends..Still have to pay corporation tax on the dividends though dont you?
