Start this one today as today the panic sets in leading up to another 90 minutes...I look forward to looking forward to a game again 😔
Not confident at all about this one. Every manager in the league knows how we are going to set up and they know exactly how to set up against us.....IF we win it will be by the skin of our teeth...3-2.

I genuinely don't feel we will win this match. "If you're good enough the refs don't matter".....well we arent good enough and the refs are having big impacts in our game and they know it. Has anyone pointed out the fact that Duffy picked up a yellow for his 1st challenge in the county game yet Ryan christie danced through their defence and was brought down when he had a chance at running at goal and no booking was given? With our poor form and the MIB doing their job perfectly i just can't see where our next win is coming from........😔😔😔

That non-booking for the Christie hack was disgraceful and Duffy getting booked for a nothing foul after only being on for 2 minutes was out of order when you see what several opponents got away with multiple times before. And as you rightly say - not a peep about it anywhere (except on here).

I believe we will win on Sunday. St J will park the bus, be extra physical and try to hit us on the break as that is clearly where we struggle. I'd love to get a clean sheet too as part of a win, but somehow think we will fail as we shit the bed again in defence.

3-1 to the good guys, but it won't be as easy as it should be when you look at the gulf in technical ability (and pay packets) for both teams.

They tried that up in Perth last season and we destroyed them, should be a straight forward win i think .Any more dropped points and its done.

I would line up the following

Ntcham ( only because Lenny loves him or anyone else who fancies a shot in goals)

El Hamed , Duffy, Julie, Taylor
Frimpong , Brown, MacGregor, Laxalt

Eddie, Christie ( we've not tried that one yet)

Get 4 defenders in, playing in their correct position.

I'd be tempted to play a solid midfield 4 but we need some pace so let frimpong and Laxalt run at them from the flanks without the need to worry about them bombing back to defend..Broony and MacGregor are our most solid midfield pairing
Upfront Christie and Eduard who I reckon would be a cracking combination if they are given a run of games

We need continuity and stability at the back ...When was the last time we started the same team in consecutive games??

Every domesitc games is a must win game always has been regardless ogf the team shape and condition, Celtic do not sit in so for a team that like to attack the defence needs to start from the front to middle to back.

Eddie last night running about defending, picking up in the middle and high pressing were has this been, was he selling himself in Europe, we expect this from him now we know its in his locker and he is tied to us for the domestics as Europe is gone so no excuses he can run and defend so play the high press at the weekend and capatilse on the mistakes.

Rogic goal came from the press causing a lapse in the Milan defence to clear and onto it in a flash, first to every loose ball and we coast it, the midfield if they keep a shape can assist the defence particular the flanks close the ball out wide getting tighter to the intended pass giving him less time to bring it down and bring it under control and cut the long pass through the middle double up on the long pass.

McGregor needs to be told he is no longer playing for Scotland and get his sharp crisp passing and goals back, get Clarkes system out his head. Christie has the energy but has to put less force on his crosses to the back, hang the ball in the airwe have big guys who can challenge in the air, Eddie is no slouch for the cross if meaured, we can beat any team in this division if we play as a team and keep the shape regardless if we lose a goal, believe and we will be back again.

I like it a lot😁
Where the fuck is Griff?

Silly idea but is seems that our biggest problem in domestic games is a low block. If I was king for a day I would use the remaining training sessions to put all our defenders makeing the numbers up to include 9 or 10 men behind the ball in a low block and have 4 or 5 of our forward players, camped in and around the edge of the area shooting from outside the block, or practice playing through this packed defence. Looking to feed off any rebounds. We are predictable in that we try to use width to put in inaccurate crosses from the wings for a low lying block of defenders when we only have 1 man in the box who gets overwhelmed by a very large bus. Too predictable.

This session would try our defenders, goalkeeper, and give chances to players to try to do something different other than to try walk it into the net, especially when we don't feel like walking. Just an idea.

Going to stick up for our defenders here. Their inability to defend corners and set-pieces isn't all their fault. I mean they have Ryan Christie firing them in at training. The ball either not beating the 1st man or flying out the training ground. Our defenders probably leave training feeling like world beaters....."fucking hell Shane!! Another whole day of training and we never conceded from a corner....I just don't get it!!!"

I read that Celtic fc have put extra barriers up around the front entrance of the stadium. Said in article ‘they are expecting more protests’.
this is ridiculous and just setting down a gauntlet.
I hope nobody turns up to protest.
