Not sure it’s what we need at moment but some players that would have terrorised entrenched defences

I think he was offered enormous wages. It's not the transfer fee that is the problem.

Edouard should never be played up front on his own. He is not that type of player. Keep playing him like that and we wont get 2mil for him never mind 20. Who`s idea is it to play him like that? [considering the same thing was done last season]

We've known for.years he's better in a 2 man attack only.timr he's been used like that was the time him and griff played about 10 games together he

Watching Motherwell v Hibs just now, really good game and great atmosphere with 2 sets of supporters in the stadium.
Kevin Nisbet's movement and link up play has been excellent, wouldn't mind us signing him, would fit in to the style Ange wants and would be an improvement on what we have. Can see it happening once Eddy is eventually sold nearer the end of the window.

They have 3 years playing together, experience throughout the team, depth of position..like it or not, this is the best Hun team since McLeish was in charge....we lack a spine throughout the team..I really don't think you will see the fruits of our labour until next season

I've made the point in a post, quite some time ago, that I felt it would go down as an historic achievement if we took the title back this season. Now, in the interest of clarity, that's not the same as saying it can't be done. We are a truly massive club playing our football in what is a very poor league. There was only one team better than us last season. But they were better by 25 points. That is a huge amount of points to turn around. Results like the one we got on Saturday certainly don't help the cause. Sevco ARE better than us at the present time. The sooner we acknowledge that fact, the sooner we'll change it. HH

I hear what you say but you seem to be buying into this concept of having to make up a deficit of 25 points. This is a new season and the clock starts again. If only those responsible for getting players in would do their jobs we might give Ange the chance to actually start the new season. I have faith in what I see. I am still of the belief that we will win the league this year but we need a full team in order to do that.

Thanks for your reply Vigobhoy, but with total respect you're talking to the wrong man if you think I "buy into" anything. My opinion is based on nothing other than the car crash which we're all witnessing at our club. That and following Celtic for north of 60 years has given me the confidence to rightly or wrongly, give an opinion on things as I see it. We are quite a bit behind sevco as things stand. Can I again respectfully remind you, I'm not saying it's impossible .
