We were the architect's of our own downfall. The game should've been out of sight by half time. Our midfield failed to turn up in the second half. They targeted Taylor as our weak link.
And of course a penalty that just wasn't. Beaton books the guy and rightly so cause AJ gets a toe on the ball and Silva throws himself to the ground. VAR then decided it's time the Dark Side got a pen. Fecking disgrace.

Sorry Tommy....Beaton takes every opporchanicty to cheat it might not be too obvious to you but if you watch the 90+ mins Beaton had no option but to award our pen.

Let's be clear they are no where near it before this decision. It provides the belief they need and clearly affects the result overall.

We should have seen it out and great finish for their equaliser. But as i said prior to the game I didn't think we would be allowed to win this game.....I'm just thankful we didn't lose given what was against us.

Why is it that every game in which our so called top refs officiate is always full of controversy, the mind boggles as to who will be in charge at the game in CP. Oh and not forgetting our semi final.

Last month when we where not doing great there was Celtic fans claiming that the board wanted rangers to win league to keep the old firm brand alive we needs better refs definitely but the abuse they get from fans on forums and social media is a disgrace (I was frustrated as anyone when they got awarded penalty) we never got 3 points because we defended badly and not because a ref wanted us to lose or draw mate ….

Like yourself, tommybhoy, I don't get too fussed about refereeing bias. The only one I find it hard to believe is impartial, is John Beaton. The man's record is really there for everyone to see.
It's not just the obvious decisions that influence a game.

The penalty was given because VAR told him to give it and the first 5/6 replays he saw they never showed AJs touch on the ball

One last question - why was Goldson not booked for his handball penalty? He stuck his elbow out to clear the ball. We've seen so many players from every other team get booked for accidental ball to arm incidents but Beaton did not book Oddbod.

Yet he booked Kuhn for multiple fouls (by other players!) for his first offence, but allowed Sterling to repeat foul with impunity!

I watched the highlights and it was great to see the Bhoys go in front, only for the stadium to become as quiet as the grave, twice in succession HH
