A Question of Integrity

What’s your take on things?

Do you believe that the Celtic Board and our major shareholder are doing a good job.....or are their priorities elsewhere.

What are they doing right?.....what are they doing wrong?

What needs to change?
Imatim, I’ve probs said too much (bluntly) already on the other thread Refereeing etc.

The Celtic board are as bent as every other board in Scotland from top to bottom. They are the main benefactors of the survival and victim lie. They have worked with their partners over in ibrox to make sure the "old firm" hatred lives on and brings in sponsorship. They could expose the corruptuon in scottish football, from the corrupt LRA to the 5 way agreement but in doing so they would expose their own involvement.
Celtic won 9 in a row and trebles in spite of the board and not because of them. They have failed to build on our success year after year and in doing so lost millions of European money. To counter this they sold our best players without proper replacement. We haven't had a decent defence since the days of Van Dyke. This, in turn, made sure we stayed within reach of sevco. They could have buried their partners, instead they rolled over and let us be battered from all angles for the purpose of the scums survival. If what's being said is true and sevco are out if cash and NEED to win the league....our board will do everything in their power to allow that to happen. They won't call out the attacks on our players. They won't back the manager if he calls it out. They will remain silent.

Sack the Board or let them leave for Personal reasons they do that to everyone else that Karma’s a Bitch.
Time for Dermot and his dinosaurs to move on and let real Celtic people come on Board.
Hope the first thing they did was to accidentally release details of the 5 way
Stitch up
And then tell the SFA and SPFL to shove their cheating Mibs right up there Erchies
For starters

They're a shower of corporate shysters, self-satisfied overpaid suits and in Brian Wilson's case...a bitter out of touch political dinosaur, who like most ex-MP's, has managed to weasel his way intae a cushy wee company directorship where he does fuck all but pick up the perks!

They all pretend to give a fuck about this club...they don't! To them it's just another business but with one added benefit...they will still be payed an eye-watering amount of money while never being held to account for their fuck-ups (maybe that's why the ex MP feels so at home in the Celtic boardroom)...and the sooner we all realise this and do something about it the better off Celtic Football Club will be!

Think that aboot covers it! ;)(y)

👏👏👏👏👏 Boom! Mic drop after that Lubo!

The Celtic Board are very like many other boards of football clubs around the world . They are composed , almost exclusively , of men who have made a successful career in some business and have indulged their egos by becoming part of a football club .
Few of them will have any real knowledge of professional football nor any hands-on experience in running a football business .
Many will be supporters of their club and will be desperate for it to be successful , but too many others are there for other reasons .
Unfortunately for some clubs , the latter group of directors may be in control . One need only think of the Glazers at Man U. !

Whether the present Celtic Board are fans or can be counted in the camp of ''others'' depends on your own personal point of view .

In my lifetime I have only been supportive of one Celtic Board member - Fergus McCann .
He was unfairly pilloried and lampooned during his time at Celtic , both by the Scottish Press and , sadly , by some supporters .
He put his own money into Celtic at a time when there was no queue by other Celtic-minded businessmen to do the same .
Yes , he walked away after 5 years with a very good return on his investment - just as he said he would - with the jeers from some supporters still ringing in his ears .

But I will forever respect that man for what he did - and how he did it !

I cannot say the same about those who came before Fergus or those who have followed him .

Always liked St Andrews ,expensive shite cafes with overpriced sandwich's and twats on every street , looks like the old course would be a great place to give the worlds dumbest landlord a good bollocking in front of his pals
