Quite an interesting read with lots to contemplate. It would seem that clubs in England that thought they could get a CVA would be more likely to clear debts through use of legal but perhaps immoral techniques. But interestingly, it only covers the clubs that managed to agree a CVA. Nowhere in this piece does it say the new company can buy the business of the old club if it fails to agree terms with the creditors. And all clubs mentioned did in fact reach ageement with creditors to create new company same business/club

Therefore, unless the actual law changed or is different in Scotland, I will hold the legal position that Sevco are not the same club as Rangers, even if a secret agreement between occult brethren say otherwise.

IMO Sevco is Not same as RFC, similar but not same.

Sevco rose from the ashes in 2012. They pretend that they are Rangers. They have never won the Premiership or a League or Scottish Cup. They have never made a profit and are on the brink of insolvency. We read the obituary above.
