Ashley inserted a clause in the contract with Sevco that he had the right to match any other offer that came along.
Sevco renigged on this and signed up with Hummel.
As a consequence of this Ashley took the matter to court and won and has just been awarded the court costs to boot.
It is worth noting that the Huns on Folgen Folgen are going totally mental over the verdict and are threatening all sorts of reprisals on Ashley.....which is nice

Surely some in the Sevco camp must be wondering how much of their cash is being frittered away by the GASL on these pointless court cases , which of course are just a distraction used by the GASL to keep the masses on side .

The funny thing is there are still orcs that belive and have genuine hope of attracting investment from the outside. Every time Ashley boots them up and down the road, every time King goes on one it only further highlights the lunacy and pushes them back further financially.

As well as all court costs, SDI have to be paid damages to be decided on hearing at future date. Sure Ashley will be seeking a fair amount which should hopefully be over seven figures! Time to buy some more SD mugs for my inbred acquaintances for crimbo!? Btw, when are the audited sevco accounts out??? Gonna be a cauld winter for the Huns... and they cant even buy shirts to keep warm!!!

Surely the deal Sevco signed with JD Sports was an unlawful one and has thus denied Sports Direct money that they should have earned from their exclusive deal? JD were still selling shirts even after it came to light that a contract between Sevco and SD had been broken and were still selling them whilst the case was in court.
If SD feel they have lost significant revenue because of that, then they could sue Sevco for it.
If JD feel they have have lost a deal that was part of their business model because Sevco hid information about another contract with SD, then they could sue Sevco.
And what about Hummel? They must be as raging as Puma.
No manufacturer or retailer will go near them after this.
The players grannies will be knitting next seasons shirts.
All the huns are raging at Ashley but keep in mind it's Dave King's name on the bottom of the contract, the same contract he lauded in front of the fans saying he had beaten Ashley and then it turned out he had paid Ashley £3 million pounds to get this contract.

Im hoping the courts have finally stood up and noticed if they dont nail this kind of skullduggery it will be an invitation for other glib and shaemless lairs to run amok with the precedent this criminal is creating when it comes to makinga mockery of the companies act and all financial directives and authority.
To me whats happening between RFC and TRFC and the skullduggery is fraud and it sets a clear message that all football clubs can ditch thier debts and keep all the goodies that those debts gave the stewards and everybody in on any scams that can be hid behind secret agreements that defy the companies act 2006.
And not only did they shaft every contract they had as RFC they have pretty much reneged on every contract they agreed as TRFC.
Is there anybody out there with any clue as to why this has not been investigated by special branch fraud team?
The whole fiasco is so bizarre its beyond belief. They havent had a profit despite massive fan investment and cheapest asset purchase in history.
They havent had clean looking set of accounts since birth in 2012.
They have had auditors bail
They have had qualified accounts inrecent years and this year no auditor reports at all unless im mistaken.

They really are the dumbest bunch of cloven-hooved gullible idiots. There is only one man to blame for this fiasco and it's the guy currently riding them bareback, King! He didn't have to sign the contract and nobody really should have signed such a deal! If they find out why he signed the contract, they might be nearer to understand this gangsters motives for becoming chairman in the first place!
