He is complaining about the amount of retrospective action. What he fails to point out is that his team have actually benefited from it. Finishing games with 11 on the park.
So essentially what he's saying is that the referee's dont get the decisions correct at the time. Fekn asswipe.

I believe that he's got the jitters - he sees the recent results - scraping wins here , own goals there , none of his attackers scoring ( top scorer Tav - because of penalties !!! )- he's got the shits !
