Big Mike Wins Again

It looks like Big Mike is chasing the correct £ figures and info from Sevco re their deal with Castore and the Huns may have been fudging them and haven’t possibly made a true disclosure of them as they need to legally do.....this could imply they have something to hide.....and Big Mike knows this and he’s all over it.....it could very well be that the amount owed to Big Mike is significantly higher than first thought.....wouldn’t that be a shame...
 
Would it be correct in saying that if the Huns have been less than, let’s say, transparent, with the information they supplied to Big Mike re their deal with Castore.....that Sports Direct had the legal right to match and obviously didn’t due to the figures that were given to them.....then we are in a new ball game here.....as damages and sanctions could well come in to play along with a potential loss of income to Sports Direct they will be quite possibly be demanding as a result....who would bet against Big Mike already knowing the answers to the questions his legal team are presenting to the Court for disclosure?...

First thing a lawyer is taught, never ask a question you dont already know the answer to.

Don't understand this legal mumbo - jumbo. But, if it means that Big Mike is gonna take a sizeable chunk outta DeidCo, then I'm sure his honour has acted in the best possible manner.
let's hope Deid Co huvvnae lied....... Cause that would only make it worse ... Right?
 
Doesn't look good for sevco....thank god they have the backing of every board in the country to do what must be done to clear some of their debt. Their partners in paradise will keep up their dignified silence while their partners in Lanarkshire do their best hinder everyone else on the park. Broken bones for the bhoys incoming!!!
 
It's interesting that the glib and shameless liar appears to be wanting to get back into sevco despite the financial fiasco caused by his trying to mess with Big Mike. Maybe squinty thinks he will make things better. Probably Big Mike has ordered extra popcorn.
