The 19/20 reserve season was severely hampered by the lack of a league. The reserves nevertheless completed 13 competitive fixtures. However, it was the loan arrangements and brief glimpses of youngsters in the first team that may indicate the future direction for some. In the current crisis budgets will be tight and youth may get its chance.

Here's hoping - we have some wonderful young players that I suspect would have been giving gametime after we had sewn up the league this season. If Scottish football agree to FIFA's temporary allowance of 5 subs/game (from a bench of 9 posdible subs) then this may also give them greater opportunities to play in matches that are already won.

Hopefully none will cribbled by the lower league fkrs

see that's what an afternoo on the shrooms gets you, was supposed to write crippled ah feck it

We have really upped our game with our reserves or should I say when Tommy put sum serious energy into our whole youth program.

Always enjoyed watching our reserve team especially the last decade or so. We have some real talents in the last few years, especially liking Church, Burt n Afeobi with guys like Oko-Flex n Dembele who have god given talent.
Really want to see more of Henderson too, he is a very exciting player who passes the ball with real grace.

With legends like McGregor, Jamsie and KT coming thro and being much better players than we couldn't afford if we were to buy them on the market shows how our system works the way Tommy envisioned, like a conveyor belt of Celtic standard players coming thro regularly, we should be grateful n glad of our youth system.
Makes you think after all the taxpayer monies that funded minty park, how can so few come out of the cheatdump of sevco.

Let's keep up our standards as it's paying off handsomely 🍀

Cheers CBN👍 Keep up the fantastic work, it's appreciated 🍀
