I believe you can't record with it and most of my viewing is done that way, other than a Celtic game.

There are ways round recording if you went down the route of getting iptv subscriptions.
Just depends how you set it up.
One route is rigging a firestick to work using external storage or a dedicated box with a hard drive so you record on one subscription and watch another.
It's not ideal though as during games there can sometimes be crashes. There are usually several sources of the same channel available so if watching live you can quickly skip down or up and continue watching. If your not watching live then you run the risk of missing something.
If your provider is bang on then these issues are reduced.
Even with two subscriptions your still saving plenty over the course of the year not to mention other subscriptions such as prime TV, Netflix, Disney, celtic TV, sky ,bt ,premier sports, ppv events, movie channels...the list goes on.
In theory all you would need would be a vpn, a device and an a good Internet connection.
There's a bit of fecking about involved admittedly but the savings are there.

The game is £12.99 and only available on Aberdeen PPV. An alternative is the SWPL1 match between Celtic and theRangers which is being played at Celtic Park and is live on BBC Alba. Kick-off is 7.35pm tomorrow evening.
