Footage has emerged of loyalist song The Sash being blared out at Tynecastle during a Hearts fan open day event.
A video shared on social media on Sunday shows the tune playing at the Jambos' home ground as fans were granted out-of-hours entry to the stadium.

The open day event - ran by the club's majority owners the Foundation of Hearts - saw supporters able to tour the stadium, taking in everything from the changing rooms and the tunnel to the dugouts and the stands.
Football Scotland contacted Hearts to confirm if the footage was legitimate as their PA system was taken over by an unidentified party on the special fan day.
Clubs sources verified that the incident did indeed take place and the sound on the video was not dubbed.

The Scottish Premiership outfit will likely launch an investigation as the Gorgie ground's sound system was hijacked by an audio anarchist.

The Sash is a song originating in the Irish province of Ulster that commemorates King William of Orange's 17th century battle victories.
Many Catholics consider the lyrics to be offensive. The song is regularly played in Scotland during events run by the Orange Order.

Hearts fan @mattleslie74 tweeted: "Please investigate. If this happened, then the person or people responsible need to be held to account."
Another Jambos follower, @PWMartin_Leith, wrote: "This needs an answer from the club.."
While @donmcgrats commented: "As a Hearts fan, I am disgusted."

The incident comes after Robbie Neilson's men were downed 2-1 at Aberdeen on Saturday.
Goals from Marley Watkins and Lewis Ferguson cancelled out John Souttar's first-half penalty, before Andy Halliday saw red late on in the contest for a heavy challenge.
The loss at Pittodrie ended Hearts' unbeaten start to the league season, but they remain in third place in the Premiership table.

I cannot see anything insulting about The Sash. Honestly, if you consider the words there is not much to get upset over. It should not be placed in the same bracket as The Famine Song and other similar shit. If it was The Famine Song I'd expect heads to roll, but apart from the fact that it's about celebrating a 'STROLLING TRADITION', The Sash isn't something that works me up.

Actually find it quite amusing and it's got a catchy wee beat.

I don't mind anyone celebrating their culture. I'd prefer it if they celebrated it in their own places and away from the general public, but apart from that - I don't have any major issues with it.

I think the beginning sounds very similar to Sean South.
