I feel since Ange has come in we have all reignited our interest in the academy and the need for home grown talent and what it means to us all to see them succeed. Probably through necessity we have seen many of our young guys get a chance this season but I hope this is the way forward and we really see a focus on developing our lads and being really serious about creating an environment where they can flourish and given the opportunity to do so. Nothing better than seeing our own becoming stars of the future in the Green & White hoops.
