The glib and shameless one has been using his stooges to stir up trouble with the board, he’s noo happy with the constant “share” issues diluting his holdings, but having been ousted from the board, he can’t do anything about how they generate money nowadays, gone are the times directors just put their hands in their pockets to keep the lights on, with bi-monthly share issues now the normal, Dave’s £8 million share nest egg that he was planning to sell to klub 18-30, is now only worth £5 million.
If they get beat the the Glasgow Derby game they league will be effectively over for them, the shit will really hit the fan, fingers will be getting jabbed into chests and knives will be getting plunged into backs….

But it seems new club chose name of old Club despite it being criminal offence, so i assume thats whats in the secret 5 way agreement.

I assume, hence reason the recent court release being so opaque regarding the role of duff and phelps in maximising creditor value.

I assume part of 5 way agreement needed a new constitution for SPL so it became SPFL since articles of association of Rangers Ltd clearly stated club is the company

Therefore the lie that holding company died but club continues is hidden in a document that is secret which defies the constitution of SPL and pretends association clubs can continue trading after liquidation and destruction of shareholders assets when they are compulsory liquidated due to bad debts closes that club down in accordance with the law.

imo the secret 5 way agreement is an unlawful attempt to bypass the constitution of Scottish football and in violation of companies acts

yet its all clandestinely covered up by the secret agreement people
