If you could choose one current player from any team in the world to play for Celtic who would it be?

It has to be the best player currently playing football anywhere in the world - the wonder boy Morelos that plays for the Ibrokes club.

The really annoying thing is that if Lawell got his finger out and we did manage to sell Tierney, Ntcham, Rogic, Sinclair and CalMac, then I'm sure we could scrape together enough pennies to be able to afford Morelos on loan for a season!

P.S. - OK then Messi, just to have seen him wearing the Hoops. :)

don't think we could afford maddug's wages

at 15 billion per hour I think only the Club with cloaked finance can afford his fists

Ah but I was chatting to this porn movie director/tax advisor in the pub last night and he told me of this wonderful tax avoidance scheme called the "Employee Benefit Trust", whereby you don't pay your staff taxable wages, but give them tax-free loans instead. This means you can afford much better players on double the salary (but still somehow obtain "no competitive advantage"). What could possibly go wrong???

Absolutely nothing can go wrong except for your club going under and liquidated. Still not a problem the SFA will make it all disappear in an instant so all for it NOT
