Really like big Joe ...loves our club and the type of person you want around the players.
Probably getting out at the right time and will be difficult to replace that type of experience regardless of his faults.

It is a shame that he is deciding to bow out just when he is in his most consistent run of excellent form for us since he joined. He is another big character that will leave the dressing room and their importance cannot be overstated. We must start bringing in more leaders into the team.
