Calmac has grown into the position. from what ive heard other ex players say he was a quiet lad at first and no doubt he is a different character to Broony. Leads by example and hard work.

When KT was on Simon Ferry’s show a few years ago he said that after Broonie, Cal Mac was the most vocal in the dressing room. KT predicted that Cal Mac would be the next Captain of Celtic.

I've never met a Celtic fan who didn't feel CalMac was the obvious choice for captain and I've never met a celtic fan who believed he wasn't the man for the job. He was literally the only man for the job. A driving force in the midfield who's seen and done it all and knows what it takes to play for and win things for Celtic. It literally could have been no one else.
