Apparently among the consequences of being struck off is that
“Ownership of any undistributed assets or cash will be automatically transferred to the Crown”
I suppose the Board of Club 1872 being the owners of the shares have powers to transfer the shares back to RIFC plc for no consideration?
If so, I wonder whether there is a plan to do so, and deliberately go for compulsory striking off?[ I laugh at the possibility of a balls-up that resulted in a nice wee coronation present to ‘the Crown’ of 4.96% of ‘Rangers’ shares]
