Aye, but the media spent 20 odd years boasting that he was one of the greatest football administrators in Europe. Then when it came to light he was the person actually signing off the EBTs he said that he wasn't to blame and couldn't be expected to understand what he was signing as he wasn't an accountant. I'm afraid that defence doesn't hold any water in corporate law Ogilvie - you assume legsl responsibility if you are signing agreements (even if they then get hidden away - hopefully forever - in a locked safe)!

So Rangers say the SPFL are bullying clubs into voting for a ridiculous resolution.. Patrick Thistle back up that claim indicating they got a message "Vote for this, or you won't get your cash" How can we trust the SPFL/SFA to make any decisions at all. Corrupt.

The zoomers said "he SPFL defended themselves on everything Rangers said...but one. They left out the bullying and coercion of other clubs to vote for them. think he might find that's two! the demented phuq!

They are arguing on Hun radio that they submitted their document to the SPFL and it lay until this morning and then was refused, thats not the reply the SPFL put out when they offered to help them write up their proposal using the QC hired to keep it within company law, they refused the help, why, to go back to the gullibillies and point the finger atthe SPFL, well the vote process went ahead based on the SPFL proposal not their proposal, there is 12 team in the division, they all went with the proposal bar two.

So they were getting an opportuntiy to put a proposal forward it was not a legally written documnent and a QC is stating openely it would not cut the mustard it could be challenged by all and is winnable hands down, so it falls on legal arguments, so what was their proposal that was knocked back and not conforming to the companies law act.

They proposed this below.
