Spartans are actually called "The Spartans", but like East Stirlingshire and East Kilbride are currently in the Lowland League so none of them would usually count as a senior team.

East Stirlingshire used to be a senior team until they were relegated 2-3 years ago, so now thinking/hoping it is an out-of-date question (that's my excuse for failing to get the answer anyway ?).
