Finally, 3 points at The Tony Macaroni, Almondvale or whatever other name they want ro cry it.
I'm sure the HUNS would have been expecting, well hoping at least for a slip up from us, and Calmac's pen. miss would surely have got the adrenelin coursing through their bodies as opposed to expletives cursing from their gubs at the full time whistle, to be fair, much like they were spewing from mine when Roofe scored an unlikely winner yesterday with 9 minutes remaining
Give Livingston their due, they know how to set up a team to frustrate better teams, but say what you like, that shocker of a pitch is the biggest leveller of them all.
The advantage for a team who plays every other game on it, as opposed to teams who play on it only a couple of times a season is incalcuable.
Being used to how the ball runs, how it bounces ect can only favour the chances of the home team producing a result.
Not to mention the injury factor, studs getting caught in the fabric, the hardness of the surface when someone falls on it.
The chances are Celtic might need to play on it again this season, but we'll need ro see what the after split fixture list produces, but I'm sure that Livingston will be in the mix of the top six, but that is for another day
