Exactly. Starfelt slid across in front of him to block any shot. He never followed through to make contact with the opponent. Sakala stood on a sliding Starfelt's boot and fell down.

That was a penalty but Goldson blocking a shot with his hands above his head is somehow contrived to be OK.
