Could also used the scene when Wallace is in his pit sleeping and someone's heading into their camp and one of the boys shouts 'there's somebody coming' then someone goes to waken him up, 'William, there's somebody coming'
'I bet ye it's no the fuckin huns' he replied

Still in my top ten worst films of all time though, with a bit of work you could remake the whole film slagging the Zombies all the way.
