I see even Celtic sites like 'videocelts' are parroting the scum's 'update' that Celtic are no longer interested in Danny Simpson and have apparently cancelled his trial that only the scum knew about!
We have only the totally unsubstantiated word of the scum that there was ever any possibility of a trial. Certainly the player knew nothing about it as he made no mention when interviewed last weekend after the non-story broke. No real newspaper printed anything about it and, most importantly, the club never made any statement. The club was probably in 'would not even dignify that shite with a response' mode but, unfortunately this only served to intensify the effect the non-story was contrived to create - distraction, disharmony and argument within the Celtic support and supporters needlessly questioning the ethics and values of the club.
Celtic supporters should have a bit more wit. The SMSM will print any shite fed to them; that was proved with The Italian Job at the weekend. But they will also willingly and gladly make up and print anything that serves the anti-Celtic black propaganda campaign.
The SMSM are a shower of clockwork orange cunts and there was more chance of Marge Simpson getting a trial at Celtic.
