VAR. The difference between Rugby and Fitba.

Ok so I know its been brought up before but its night and day.
Why does Rugby do it so well, with complete transparency, and Fitba gets it so wrong.
I watched the France v All Blacks game tonight and we heard the Refs explaining their decisions, the players accepting them and just getting on with the game.
Yet in Fitba it takes an age. Even then, its disputed forever after the game, as we have witnessed since Sunday.

Is it a cultural thing? A class thing?
There is no excuse for the delays since VAR was introduced in Fitba, and its not just in Scotland.

Lets have complete transparency.

Saw that tonight after the Scotland game. Pub switched over to France/All Blacks at a controversial moment. Sure I heard the ref say, 'Are yeez listeing, Hun scum?'.

He was South African, so I might have been mistaken; he may have said 'cunts' instead of 'scum'...
