If ANY Scottish referees or former referees, like the bigoted hugh Dallas have anything to do with it, then it will only be used as a tool to punish us, in the interest of fairness and un-biased sporting integrity I’d have foreigners in charge of decisions, Celtic MUST fight any move for anyone Scottish to be making decisions, time to break the iron grip of the biased Lanarkshire referees association on our game

think it was all refs would be picked from leagues only using var , while the diddy refs would miss out on european competitions

The vote outcome will depend on the default setting being penalty Rangers with red card red card voice over

How much will it cost? Who is going to fund it? And will small clubs being promoted be able to afford it? All these questions need to be answered before it can be implemented.
