Apologies in advance for repeating myself, but the massive elephant in the room in our eye watering wage bill, I agree with every post on this forum demanding players for certain position's in the team, we certainly need 2 or 3 first team ready permanant signings. My anger is aimed at the people at our club who over the years have let our squad become bloated with players on an absolute fortune in Scottish terms, who aren't going anywhere fast.
I think our signing policy would be so much different if we didn't have to pay the squad the vast sums we are doing at the moment. We are now left with a head scratching policy of getting in loan players like (Roberts, Weah and Burke) all of them on a fortune, while im happy to have some real quality in the squad and welcome these lads with open arms, it does seem to fly in the face of our business model of sign them young, develop and sell on for profit. Makes no sense to me at all.
