Surely we have more strength and depth to the pool now that we don't have to run players into the ground. It's up to Lenny to manage the situation better than BR did.

We defintely do now, and I would have argued we did under BR - but his style was to build up certain individuals and play them constantly - thats why he has always been an excellent short-term manager but will struggle after 2nd or 3rd season at a club.

I think Lenny will see us right in this regard. Plus he will slowly and sensibly introduce some of this prodigious young talent we have snapped up or developed. This gets us 9IAR and then should set us up for quite a few more.
