And what about our position as member of the scottish league. Wether we like it or not arent we business associates of Dave king when it comes to TV deals and sponsor deals. If he and the people around him and who deal with him are toxic....doesnt that spread all over scottish football.

the ruling only concerns the rangers international football club not the rangers football club , thats why they get away with shit

KIng has shares and is ceo of The rangers international football club {the fabled holding company}, the football side is another company the rangers football club which they own
Now King wasn't passed fit and proper for the football [TRFC] club but was for the international football club [TRIFC,] all the debt for equity and loans are traded from the holding company which is the RIFC to TRFC, so the impact of any ruling won't be a burden to the football club as he'd not be on the board of the football club he's on the board of The International football club , the switcheroo in full view

Get what your saying mate the judgement was handed down to king alone not sevco, my point was that this will impact indirectly on sevco because of king. When king says it will have no direct effect on RIFC and rangers fc and has no effect on him as chairman and director he's probably right, but if you think Companies will be queuing round the block to do business with them when he's still there l for 1 highly doubt it. On the back of this judgment.HH LLP

What the ruling states is that no other financial company can work with him on other take overs.Thats all fine and well but it's the equivalent of the black spot on your reputation and your ability to work within business circles effectively.Amazing...but does that mean that TRFC arent allowed to deal with TRIFC as long as king is ceo??

Oh dear, where will Squinty get his loans from next season. He is dragging Sevcos reputation slowly towards the abyss, mud sticks & though the 3 Bears where not sanctioned by TOP, their reputation as successful businessmen in their own right, is now tainted by association with Squinty.
Lets talk about Douglas Park thanks to his son irresponsibly, his business have been run by the bank. The coach company is on secure financial footing but is carrying a debt for new coaches( Douglas jnr gave the cash they had to Dave) unfortunately The Park Motor Group are in a finacal mess & rumour is if the bank can't sell it they'll liquidate it in the new year.

story was they were in good trading figures and had a £5m surplus at the bank , i don't know if this is true or made up pish

Were does the club 1872 money go to as they are a registered seperate company, if they go through the TRIFC he is fucked and if they go through the other way is he still fucked as he took part in trading off equity for shares.
