In other words.....if you’re looking for any money.....go see rangers who just happen to be in the process of liquidation and will not be honouring any debts owed whatsoever.....but the new rangers are debt free with an unblemished history and are in wonderful financial health.....is that close?

The Herald have picked up on King in a big way,the certainly did not hold back,,,in the first or second paragraph they call him a criminal...

Were does the club 1872 money go to as they are a registered seperate company, if they go through the TRIFC he is fucked and if they go through the other way is he still fucked as he took part in trading off equity for shares.

Are they not a seperate entity outwith sevco thought they would be as it would be a conflict of interest otherwise

Thats what would be interesting to find out, they were on the board with Oasis etc (King) had to be as they traded in their shares allowing them to be diluted and had a say on wether they would allow King not to have to buy their shares in the Take over panel orders to buy all shares at the 20p, my thinking is he was on the same board as them, and the only reason they were on the shares was to have a say in the running of the club and prevent a full takeover or one man running the show.
Will read later what some of the more informed bloggers have to say regards the future with this on their doorstep.
