The EGM Vote

Correct me if I am wrong,but thier rep on the SPL board is due to stand down in July to be replaced by a rep from Celtic,this would leave them without a voice,no doubt this could have been used as lever around the other clubs,anything to destroy Celtics reputation in Scotland,to say they had a victory in today's vote is clutching at straws,they know thier club are in deep trouble and need help fast and whatever plan they are hatching needs to be done quick before the wolves start scratching at the door
 
Their board made the Gullibles wait 6 weeks and once again they have to settle for a damp squib.
There was absolutely no indication that the sevco board had the heart or the money to continue onto the next step which is surely the courts.
I have a feeling this agenda will slip out the door in the shadow of darkness the same way their last chairman chose to leave,they have barked as loud as they can but I am not aware of anybody running away from them,so lets push on collect the Championship and Scottish Cup and add it to the League Cup which will complete another record..Quadruple Treble...
Now we have the good part sorted lets move on to the ugly part of our game which involves 4 people,
Park,Morrison,Gardiner and the whistleblower who is an SPFL and sevco board member.
These 4 people should be charged with bringing the game into disrepute..
Only a few people know what comment Park made to Neil Doncaster but a serious enough comment for Doncaster to immediatel contact the company lawyer to contact Park to make sure the comment made was never repeated..
Gardiner and Morrison should in my opinion be kicked out of Scottish football for life,the act they were willing to commit to stop Celtic being awarded the Championship is nothing short of treason.
These 2 scumbags were willing to sacrifice Scottish Football and have it declared null and void which would have cost every club in Scottish football a small fortune and no doubt would have been the end of some of these clubs..
I can understand trying to stop Celtic but to try and sabotage your own club and it,s supporters is definitely an act of treason,can ICT afford to lose this amount of money or were they maybe told they would be reimbursed at a later date,,,I would want that in writing if it is who I think it is,,face painter comes to mind,tax bill etc..
The whistleblower is the weak link in all of this fiasco,he is the puppet whose strings have been pulled in all directions and he still does not know who the puppeteer is, this is why the crime of corporate law should be looked at by the SPFL and endorsed if possible,, once again it is only my opinion I believe the SPFL will let this go and hope things calm down which would be a very big mistake in their part,if the zombies smell blood again they will most definitely go for the jugulars of the SPFL..
I hope they have the balls to see this through till the end, for some reason or other my heart and head are not in sync,but I can always live in hope..

1) Sevco are skint
2) They have no grounds to take it to Court
3) Sevco have no money
4) The SPFL have nothing to hide
5) Sevco are close to bankruptcy
6) The Courts have far more important cases to deal with
7) Sevco don't have a pot to piss in
8) We are in the midst of a pandemic and the country is on lockdown
9) Sevco don't have any miraculous, mysterious investors
10) Lawyers might take the case but any decent Sheriff would throw it out immediately
