EVERY time I’ve seen Mikey Johnson he looks composed, holds the ball well, takes on the man well and makes things happen, maybe time to play him out right and then play Jamsie inside as a right sided forward

Not JUST the players. A couple of weeks ago we were on fire. Then Brown came back from injury. BR decided he MUST make changes for his Captain, wrong decision imho. Its a cruel game at times but thats the way of things. When someone grabs their opportunity the position is THEIRS till the relinquish it. Brendan, theres no room for sentimentality in football. You fucked up going back to the same old boring football we were all complaining about at the start of the season.

Broony slows the mid down (last 3 games have been pish since he came back) so I’d try playing him at fullback and move Benkovic to right back in place of Lustig for now... for me Benkovic is a classy player and he could play anywhere on that back line. Shitebags on Thursday same today brown and Ntcham a waste of time. Hayes is utter shite. Sincy needs let go. Eddy has been garbage, McGreggir anonymous, Ajer a liability, Izzy was woeful. So much for the depth of our squad, a deep barrel of mediocre shite.

Rubbish all over the park. I said before kick off that sincy needed benched but he was not the only problem. Nobody coming through the middle to support Eddy who did not help by having lost the ability to hold the ball up. Broonie and Ollie look like shadows of their former selves and I thought this game was made for them to reestablish themselves. Solutions please Brendan /board.
 
Today was the perfect storm.

An away game against a manager who knows how to manage, motivate and set up a team.

A midfield of Ntcham and Scott Brown who are not 100% up to match fitness.

A host of injuries to key players who drive us forward, have the guile and make us tick.

A tactical set up that simply didn't work.

A Hibs team that were right up for it and got the perfect start.

A centre forward in Eddie who doesn't a have a predators instinct. There was at least three balls rifled across the box that should have been put away if he had anticipated things. Eddie is not a poacher or a predatory striker and imo Brendan has to get his head around this. This is a crucial problem we simply have to find the answer to.

All in all we got what we deserved....nothing.

Well done to Neil Lennon and his Hibs team they beat us fair and square.

Why can we turn over a good Kilmarnock team one week then lie down to a mediocre Hibs team who have barely kicked a ball for weeks ?
Why did we play three at the back against a team that uses pace on the wings ?
Why did Sinclair start ?
Why did Sinclair get all of the first half ?
Why did Sinclair start the second half ?
Why is our away form so poor ? ......

So Sinclair gets 99% of the blame?? A tad harsh imho. Only Morgan and MJ get any pass marks from me, but by then it was too late. ALL of the starting 11 were terrible. As was the formation and tactics. Its easy to pick a scapegoat, but after that, we need a shepherd.

Said it yesterday Hibs would be up it Lenny would make sure,terrible display by the whole team no excuses Hibs deserved it how many times did we make their keeper work he was never under any kind of pressure. Teams know how to get us now really disappointing could someone tell me how long does it takes to the half way line,need to come up with something different. We go from keeper ,full back,keeper,full back
,centre half,full back keeper and on and on and on say no more ,apart from really disappointed h,h

Sinky has been poor for weeks, he was pretty poor for much of last season also. He maybe has a good game 1/5 or so....

Does that earn you an automatic starting slot at a club as big as Celtic.?

Brendan seems to think so and I can’t quite work that out tbh
