Apparently dembele needs a boot in the hom awes hes been liking comments he shudnae be hes choking to leave fuck him we keep the Henderson's n the likes of our homegrown ones who love the club aswell....forgetting hes technically homegrown dembele isn't he but still concentrate on the bhoys whi want to work hard for it not be given it cause they can flick the baw couple a times
 
How many other exciting talented young players are we going to get into the club and then refuse to develop. Then every single time there is a wee leak to the media or social media that it is the players' fault because they "have an attitude problem"? Maybe it is not always the player's fault then when we keep hearing the same personality trait being blamed - maybe we are doing something wrong within the club instead, especially when it seems to be a recurring theme for everyone of them?

Are we giving them proper development plans which gives them a clear pathway to develop into first team players? Are we over-promising them to get them to sign for us when the reality is that we haven't got a hope in hell of following through on this? Are we keeping them up-to-date with their current status and where we are looking to take them next (or do they just turn up for training every day and left to sit in the stands)? Are we targeting the right people from a mental perspective rather than just talent when we sign them in the first place? Are the whispers and rumours about the youngsters being blanked/ignored/bullied just ill-founded gossip or is there possibly a wee bit of substance behind this?

I appreciate that Covid has meant no development games but that just means that you should be working even harder behind the scenes to keep them involved and enthusiastic. These are 21st Century teenagers with agents who are impatient and so employing 1990s thought processes will not entice them to stay in this day and age.

It certainly looks like whatever we are doing is not properly working as our conveyor belt of talent has come of the rails, and seeing as our business model is based around being selling club in order to progress then failing to actually develop these types of players will not end well for us.

In this case it looks like we are going to make some money on Frimpong, but he is one of the few that has managed to break into the first team, but I'd say he has actually regressed in the last year of first team training and action instead of improve. Plus I imagine he was popular and fun person to be around so this will not help us keep our team spirits up.

I feel exactly the same. He's totally deluded. He's also admitted others want to leave but doesn't think it will be in this window.
Lenny they want to leave because of you! You cannot get the best out of players. These same players are still being picked as 1st choice ffs! Totally fekn mental. Get tae fek!!!

When he told Mikey Johnston to 'fuck off' live on TV.....I can just imagine what he would say behind closed doors......Totally unprofessional......I don't think I have ever seen any other manager talk to one of his players like that......If I was a young player and my manager(the man I look up to) told me to fuck off...I think I would just do that....and look for another team.....
