In Germany they have these huge beer warehouse called Getranke (?) shops that sell cases of beer. We would get a case of 20 Big Bottles of Becks for 27 Deutche Marks, which was about £8 at the time. Ye got 8 DM back when you took the crate and bottles back. Never drank so much in my life as I did that year (92) and rarely if ever got a hangover.

It's great to see so many members online usually thiers maybe 10 members and 100 guests I'd put this increase down to one man and the out pouring of affection from his friends and also members who for one reason or another didn't know micheal as well as most of us did.I'm sure these members know a lot more about our micheal now.thiers a lot of micheal duffy on the noise maybe it's the latest person to sign in as a member. I'm sure when micheal became a member he thought a new celtic forum I'll give a go so he did the rest is celtic noise history. I reckon micheal duffy has given the celtic noise a shot in the arm .I'm sure he would probably put a wee shite emoj up at this.ld give £10000 if he could miss ya micheal and it's only a week.

Restores your faith in humanity when you see people rallying round the way they have on the Noise the last week or so, even during such hard and difficult times the people on here pulled together and done something exceptional to honour one of our own.

We lost a good friend and a good man in MD but his sad passing has brought the best out in people on here. Massive well done to everybody and Steviebhoy in particular.

RIP MD I will miss your posts and genioraty at heart. Hope and pray you are resting well in heaven. Tell them about us and do not waver from convictions. To Fiona MDs Sister I know how you are hurting at this moment in time but that will ease soon. Your brother was a most remarkable man well loved and appreciated by his peers. I know you will find comfort from all at the noise condolences. YNWA Fiona you are in all our hearts for eternity.
